1. First you must ensure you completed the submission form, choose a maintenance program as well as made your payment. After all that is completed you should receive an email with questions about your hosting, email, domain accounts . Notify us if you do not receive the maintenance program email.
2. In order for us to start your FREE WordPress Maintenance Program we must have the account login credentials in order to properly move all files associated. Accounts include domain registry (to point nameservers); hosting account as well as your current website login credentials.
3. Once we have all the information required to start the transfer process you will be notified. Your website transfer process happens behind the scenes so your website will not be down during process. Once the process is finished you will be notified.
Each program is an annual payment paid in full prior to transfer. 60 days prior to maintenance program expiring you will receive an invoice for your annual payment. You can cancel at any time by contacting us. Refunds are given based on number of months left and quantity of work provided.
Once transfer is complete, we will notify you.
